Affected by loss
He understood life's value
And turned his around...

People all around lack self love and abuse and as the clock ticks, the moments, some drift away as they fade. It isn't until they're gone do you realize that their presence was a dimly lit candle in your secluded dark, cavern, and you have to now blindly feel your way out of your own demise. Better late than never while you are still alive.
