Our First Moments!

We cannot change without pain,
As we strip away remnants, of what we tried to leave behind.

Memories that flow like gentle streams,
Connecting us to the life force,
To dreams that hold our secrets
And speak to us of our infinite power.

We transform,
Our bodies aching,
Calling out,
To heal the losses, that carve our path.
Eyes into the windows of our soul,
Our senses reborn,
As we take our place, amongst the roots of our reform.

We witness our growth,
Like sap that rises!
Like branches that stretch out and embrace the sun!
Leaves dangling
Movements
in-sync with the universal rhythm that connects us all!
I sing out
ready to transform!

The heat,
Oh The heat, releasing all that we fought to hold on,
To surrender to this,
Our journey into the unknown!

And yet,
The Realization,
This journey is our birth right,
The seeds of which we planted, as we took our first breath.
Our first moments of awakening upon the earth!

Leading us back to who we are,
to the roots of our salvation,
once again embraced,
into the womb of our initiation!
