crimes and punishment

seams that i just don't get straight
or anything too complicated for human impression
serious irreverent stupid silly impossible girl
right or write plus rite is always wrong
fail safe in my own fishbowl of facts
must be the first
the child who cant tie their own shoelaces
who is always chosen last for a team
procrastination runs into avoidance
the inevitable confrontation
hoping that one day I might be able
to speak the right words
to move beyond who I am
but why bother
knowing they might discover
the truth is too close
there is always a price for trying
for caring for anyone who happens
to be within reach
