Join Us... It's all going down TOMORROW afternoon as from 3pm at Blue Pearl Hotel and you can't afford to miss Bamenda's most entertaining Poetry Show.

Organized by La Liberte Arts Group in partnership with @thegreens and @yemsgroup, Black Swagger Poetry Slam is an Educative and Entertaining Poetry Show which brings together Poetry, literal Arts and Culture lovers in an extravaganza of Poetry Presentations: Reading, Spoken Word and Music
It posits that Blackness is a strong clarion call to stand up, stand out and be proud of who we are.
BSPS asserts that we can bring about Change and it can only be sustainable if we work from within, that's why we work mostly with home talents or unsung talents: Singers, rappers, poets.

This sunday, we will have words with undiluted power to transform. Tomorrow we shall have the princess of Slam whose utterances keeps you spellbound, aching for more...Sophie will dazzle you.

Mottani knows his way on that stage, each time he mounts that stage, its a revelation of precepts so complex yet easily making their way straight into the inner most parts of your Soul..
The philosopher has been to Black Swagger before,this time Dr. Tosam aka JT Tosam is not in the University,nor in front of students yet he teaches. He croons, uplift our spirits with his beautiful justice infuse ballads.

Oh dear me, for the first time,we have bars, a basic soul loop, really elegant headline Soul eschewing grittier, fuses funky sound with our Pidgin English and comes up with lyrics as fresh as Jay Z sits on the throne..with retro cuts from MC like MI or Jay Z himself, This guy is deep,way too deep..not to be called powerhouse...He has powerful and weighty presence on stage. His command of the mic is like aha moment,am rooting for the one and only Blueprint Hakeem.

A prominent fashion designer cum closet poet, we get to see Anrette Ngafor on Stage,Black Swagger just bigger.

She is a diva,that's right, coming from Buea for the first time is the diva herself..Give it up for Olive Abunaw..

We tell you, if you love poetry, music and art, then you can't afford to miss.

Talking about him makes no sense, Just to say a legend will be gracing our Stage, Mr Vugah Samson aka, Grandpa will be there!!
To our own, very own ,film maker, show producer and Journalist.. Here comes one of the most hardworking hustler in the entertainment scene, the future belongs to those who dare, this guy dares, Arnaud Kouamo aka CKA dares.. See him on stage, you will agree with me he is multi talented,

Finally, He is the newest kid on the block.. His music is a fusion of Afrobeat and Njang...You don't want to miss his silky voice... Ice- M gives you their chill...sweet chill.

The Greens is a grassroots environmental organization that strives to educate, inspire and engage young people to take action to combat climate change and be at the forefront of biodiversity conservation and waste management.

Founded in 2010, @thegreens have been able to use arts, sports, media and ICT to educate and engage more than 10,000 young people in Green Poetry, Green Music, Green Arts, Green Radio, and Conservation Champions League.

Her tree planting programs have seen the organization create 04 Community Tree Nurseries, planted more than 300,000 trees and together with @kedjom-keku we have acquired 1000 hectares of afromontane forest in Kedjom-Keku Village of the Bamenda Highlands of the North West Region of Cameroon for the creation and conservation of Kedjom-Keku Community Forest

@thegreens is currently engaged in Waste Management (Waste Business Hub); Plastic Waste Upcycling, Tire Upcycling and Textile Waste Recycling via @ecodesigns.
Her #EndPlasticPollution Campaign has seen the organization sensitize more than 100,000 people about plastic pollution, upcycled more than 10,000 plastic bottles to create UPB Vertical Gardens, UPB Tree Nursery Pots, etc.

Her Textile Recycling Project (@ecodesigns) is currently training 13 young girls for free in textile recycling and fashion designing and has recycled more than 5000 pounds of textile waste.

Her Tire Upcycling Project is educating and engaging young people in schools and communities to #StopBurningTires and upcycle them to create Mushroom Tire Seats, Tire Flower Pots, etc
