Destiny

It´s quite romantic to think
that every single link
in life depends
on the magical destiny´s hands. 

Then there would be no chance
neither accident,
no unconscious flashing of a glance,
no surprises to pretent. 

Then you and me were one page
already written and bound,
and we had to engange
with the idea that we were to be found.

Then when we first met
was a logical consequence,
hence
already set. 

Then there was no parting of the ways,
no unreachable dream to chase,
cause our story was already told
with all its details cast in gold. 

Then we could just lean back and see
how everything about us was meant to be
watching our movie like if
life hadn´t anything else to give. 

There´s nothing better than to be
a romantic child of destiny. 

You don´t have to be romantic to be fascinated by the magic of moments. You don´t have to be a dreamer to believe in emotions. You don´t have to be a 'destiniy´s child' to know that there are things in life which cannot be explained rationally. You just have to know that there are chances in life which are not given twice.
