Is/Is not
this was supposed to be a poem.
this rambling, incoherent mess of half-formed thoughts and muted emotions that wind ‘round me like a snake ‘round its prey.
this isn’t what i expected at all.
i should talk about supernovas in the galaxy or black holes or pretty flowers or really anything but me. i should imprint this blank document with images from my mind molded into words and displayed for accolades and critiques.
this was never a poem.
this is something that was never meant to be.
