The title of this poem is "Go within"

Close your eyes and stay still.
And if you want to know how you look, go within.
If you care what other people think, go within.
If you search for truth, go within.

If you feel so overwhelmed and your eyes are getting red,
and your mind if full of thoughts, go within my friend.

To be at peace, go within.
To find bliss, go within.
To gain insight, go within.
To see the light, go within.

And when you are done, open your eyes,
look softly and with love the world without.
And don't you forget what you have learned
while you have been within my friend.
