Evocations (Poem)

Evocations
I just want to close my eyes,
to be able to look at the moments
where we missed out on reality.
I just want to close my eyes,
to know that the night shelters us
while the skin is a torrent
of emotions.
And there, where he can't touch you
the imagination,
I design a map of smiles
to guide my loneliness,
sure to have a place
to pour out the dreams.
I just want to close my eyes,
to know that I still have you,
even if I get lost on the roads
of uncertainty,
I can cover the sun with the shade
from your memory
and get ourselves tied up
to the notebooks of time.
