Fear, the disaster of ignorance

I spoke to you of eternal forgiveness
you replied with endless threats and conditions
with a deep breath, I understood
that the people who teach you how to love
also teach you how to judge

my school teaches me how to unlearn
the damaging force of doubting true love
a love in your heart which is guided by spirits
and a creator who smiles at our ignorance
while demonstrating unconditional actualities

they reveal the invisible reality of our interconnection
a doubtless acceptance of every single one of it’s children
NO MATTER what their religion,
race or the language that is spoken at home
Nor whether they’ve triggered a massive extermination

because love has no room for hate,
it only generates the gifts of compassion, empathy
to truly listen while simultaneously setting healthy boundaries
while building bridges and walkways to enjoy with lots of respect
finding a way towards healthier living in our common existence
