Beware of the shadow
You project onto others
Beware of the judgment
You cast on sisters and brothers
For what you perceive
Is often just a reflection
How can you be sure
It is not just a projection
Look deep within and see
To the log you must attend
And rip it from your eye
So it can heal and mend
Then you will see clearly
All the reflections true
That your perception of me
Was just a reflection of you
We are mirrors of each other
Look beyond the glass and see
What we hate in others is our own
What we need is love and empathy
