When I Met Her.

A girl I never met,
She must be beautiful I bet.

Her talk was sweet,
I am dying to meet
I am getting nervous,
Liking me was not obvious,

Will she laugh at my jokes,
Which she was used too,
Or think of me as an idiot bloke,
Trying to get through,

Will she like my looks,
Or think of me as crook,
Will she give me her love hug,
Or will stand there with a shrug

Here she comes in a black dress,
Her looks gonna kill me I guess,
The way she walks through the doors,
Like a beautiful lioness that roars,

She sat there infront of me,
My heart bows down on the knees,

But it wasn't just her look
That made my soul shatter
It's how she read me like a book
Then nothing seemed to matter

Even though in my mind
I imagined her differently
The longer we are together I find
She's exactly what I need her to be
Little did I know
She loved me from within

Let our love forever grow

And our journey together begin
