Morning Birds (original poetry)
"Morning Birds"
I.
Morning birds
Eat worms
No more squirming
It's understood
That birds
In the wood
Are worth two
In the hood
Where bush bees
Flee from duty
Like scooters
II.
We remove from them
Loose leaf ruminations
Which populate wealth
In accumulation
Drops of stealth
Fall from their wings
These cycling morning birds
