oh God, i love this poem..,

listening to rock and roll,
and smoking a few joints or so;

immediately i saw those lines i knew i had to finish the poem.

each day she is absorbing life like a sponge

the simile here is laded with so much imagery and deep meaning..,

she longs to live the glamourous life, yet she's desperate,
to understand the lowest of the lows.

This line just shows how we all struggle with decisions and choices between what we want and what we think we want....,

I so much love this poem and all i can say is thank you.
