"Immortal Passion" an original poem

Have you heard the crunch

In the walk of the death stalker

Just before he kills

Have you sensed the fragrance

Of life's crimson fluid as it spills

Have you held the passion of death

And kissed the color of the rose as it swells

Will you taste the ecstasy of immortality

If not, then for you my friend 

Will be heard death's knells
