The Garden We Would Have Been
There used to be a garden
Lived there was a man and a maiden
Life was smooth, stress free and they lived without burden
A life of no regret, where walls of negativity crumbles
The fruits ripened at the pleasure of the master
This was exactly in accordance, the plans of the maker
The fiercest of animals were friendly
The wildest of fruits
All things were bright and beautiful
Even with no clothes, life was meaningful
A garden filled with adventures
What more can be comforting than peaceful life with dangerous creatures
The man had a comforter, the maiden was his comforter
Every threat were nullified, the maker was their protector
Everything but that you could touch
It’s a sign of evil, they were taught
But since every rule must have a breaker
The happily ever after could not last forever
!
The devil did this, though he was locked in the dungeons
Fairy tale he came around the maiden in person, but we missed it might also be her conscience
She fell for it, the forbidden fruit
A bite and it opened her eyes to the truth
Her poor soul wanted this revelation not to herself alone
She gave it to the man and they were kicked out of the zone
