Nihilist of self
You may know the world is a horrible place and accept that, you may not even care much for your own existence other than being too weak to end it because of being hopeful or just plain not bothered enough to contemplate it , and as I do, you may just not care much about anything in particular with years of practice you will have found that losing the ability to feel particularly sad, will also have caused you to not feel particularly happy.
Your new normal will be apathy but as with anything this is still a gray area and you will find yourself admitting that there are somethings you find dear even if it is not yourself.

I don't mind dying,
so long as you get to live.
I don't mind being forgotten,
but will never forget you.
I don't mind sadness,
unless it is yours.
I don't mind being left,
so long as you do the leaving.
I will accept life's cruelty
and keep it away from you.
My misery will be your joy.
My suffering a warm embrace.
My memory a summers breeze,
bringing a moments relief.
You may keep me in the moments
but never past my time, I am best forgotten ;
this is my wish, for you to move on without anguish.
