THE DREAM FAIR
Found you once in a fair-crowd
Near about was I spell-bound;
As was I a little much known
You called me in an angelic tone…
That was April mid-afternoon
Blue sky held the whitish moon;
Heart was pounding much too fast
Bounded with lovely minutes past…
Try now so very much to evoke,
What I missed was practical joke;
Only to swim in your eye-pool
Was I there being inactive tool…
Light grey dust of fair-ground
Held us strongly with no sound;
There was only a bird overhead
Singing a super love song-thread…
Feel I’ve lost you getting so close
Wish I could get chance to propose;
Once over again, wish I to be free
Standing beneath bottle green tree…
To get myself closer to you someday
I have to wait and pass a long way;
But surely there you are at the end
I could finish’ that I’m well ‘to pretend…
When it’s time to get back there
I would love to be in the fair;
Limited patience, now all I need
Getting back again to eternal seed…
After an era still miss the crowd
Where I wish you to be found
At least to catch you, I could wait
If nowhere else but at exit gate…
