SQUARE ONE
The sky is still clearly blue.
Nothing seems the same.
Apart from the pain in my heart.
Still wondering and pondering how you got me down.
I really don't know how to tell the story.
We were both young and I was dumb and stupid.
I let you in without thinking .
Heart in my hand as usual and now i'm back to square one.
I feel so ashamed and stupid for thinking that we'll
have a happily Ever After.
I feel used and dumb for thinking that we'll last a whole lot longer.
I've realized that only the characters change, this story never does.
So now i'm back to square one.
Being young and stupid is an integral part of being young and stupid. Being burnt as a kid hurts like a mf
