All of the Above

I’ve endured pain
I’ve dealt with rejection
I’ve experience death
And been deprived of affection

I’ve been swallowed by fear
And at the same time by darkness
I’ve been paralyzed
And crippled by hate

Friends have left me
And loved ones have come and gone
I’ve been told I’ll never be
And I’ve chose paths I shouldn’t have foregone

I’ve been heartbroken
I’ve been depressed
I’ve suffered betrayal
And I’ll suffer the rest

I’ve fallen in love
And love has left me,
To suffer all of the above
