Storms Will Pass
In the midst of a storm, there is peace. Ye whom seeks it shall find it.
Darkening skies within the night
Lightnings fury that brings pure light
Some will linger some will tarry
Hard for some as burdens carry
On the knees as their heads will bow
Praying the storms will pass somehow
Within the path of those that stay
Power of prayer’s still in play
Lift those up with all the damage.
Help them so that they can manage.
As hell’s furry passes the night
Know that God’s beauty reins with light
The storms will pass and fade away
Brightly shining the light today
Rains descent it has subsided
Heaven’s light as we are guided
Coming through the glowing ember
Needs of many may remember
Until storms roll in again
A new day dawns and has began.
