Way Ahead - Poem

The road lay straight ahead,
Not a very enticing option.

Choices we barely had,
For we were not meant to make any.

Glowing in the pleasant weather,
Stood a traveler lonely as they all are.

What spoils us,
Multiple options that dangle for us.

Let it go.
Let it all go.
For we are one with the world,
Hold it dear to us is what we ought to do.
