You may think at firts I'm as mad as a hatter
when i tell her, a cat must have three different names?
there are fancier names if you think they sound sweeter,
cats needs a name and more dignified,

Names that never belong to more than one cat.
his mind is engaged in a rapt contemplation
of thought on her name:
"Little Peety Pudy Cat "

"my Little Peety Pudy Cat!who pass'd thy grand climacteric,
how many mice and rats hast in thy days?

her nothing much but fur, and two round eyes of blue,
her giant purr and midget mew
her darts and pats the air,

her starts and cocks his aer,
her tongue rasps the wrong way.
her sorts through her mind like an attic!

when there is nothing there
to see and hear.
running around in circle
playing her tail.

her blue eyes change to yellow
scalpel-fine claws
furrow his forehead
her tears drop like pears
she scratches the tree bole and purrs.

"my Little Peety Pudy Cat!"
gentle eyes that see so much in the dark,
paws that have gentle touch,
purrs to signal that "all goes fine"
just a simple meaaawww..
that show more love than words could express.

Graceful movements touched with humbleness,
a calming presence by my side.
a friendship that grows fonder
that's why i love "my Little Peety Pudy Cat"
