Be yourself, be real.
Go into nature because this is the place where you get to know yourself the most.
Go your own path, wherever it takes you.
Listen to your heart and you wont be misguided.
Dont let fear and anxiety hold you back from achieving what you always wanted.

You will fall down. This is not the end though.
Only in dark times you can see the stars shine.
You will rise up again stronger and wiser than before.
The darkness wont stay forever. It will go away and make place for the sunlight.
Take a deep breath my dear.

Follow your intuitions and let go of societies expectations.
Smile and stay calm in times of stress for stress wont get you far.
