You said
Sweet things,
I listened.
You proposed,
I fell
And
Pledged my love.
You jumped
For joy,
I prayed
For more.
But
Your cruel mouth
Refused to bleed
To expose your lies.
See how
Your tongue switches
And rings round
In circles.
See how
Your heart swings
And mains your zeal.
To hell!
I've blocked my ears.
