I haven’t Forgotten You at all

dweller of my poetic vastness

I’ve never forgotten you at all

You visited me once upon a verse

Reviving the memory of love

I responded with a verse of passion

Embracing today its lines

I almost, my dearest of all

Perished of longing and despair

Affection exhausted my script

And fondness ignited its ink

Tears defeated my poem, and

Came pleading for mercy

precious it said

I can’t handle your love

I love you, my soul mate

For the heart adores its captivation

I don’t deny my affection

Suppressing my heart’s irritation

So avoid false accusation

In my heart is a raging fire

In my chest a huge sorrow

Bigger than a galaxy’s mass

I’ve only my tears to moan

To your vision for leaving me alone

Saying: “I missed you more

So grant me a generous glance

And accept my bashful stance

Visiting you every time

From the garden of charming rhyme

To offer you a beautiful bloom
