NOT TODAY🌸(An Original Poem)
🌸NOT TODAY🌸
Another poem today.
Words keep spinning in my head,
But I'd rather rest or play.
Poetry to me is very fine,
But I can't stop thinking
In anything but rhyme.
So I'll only jot a line or two,
But not until this one is through.
So no poems will be coming from me.
I need to take a break you see.
I don't think that I've gone too far.
In case you need me I'll be at the bar.
The salad bar is what I meant.
It's pretty cheap and I've already spent,
All my money decorating my home.
So the only thing to do is go write a poem!
