My desperation in a poem " LOSS" by @margaretwise in Poemchallenge ( orginal work )
Silence is circling, it hits my head.
Lizard singing, behind the wall,
nature is still awake
and I'm afraid of the dark.
There is no one phase,
the second falls too.
Alone in closing,
I am getting lost.
Away someone has a birthday,
fireworks, laughter.
My night is very difficult,
implied in a dream.
Darkening all around.
I have one lamp.
On the other hand
the lizard calls, nothing change.
Stark eyes screw up.
Silence in my head
a car in the distance.
I can not find myself.
Darkness follows me.
Crawling like a snake,
somewhere the dog is barking
and I'm hemmed in.
I miss my old days,
especially that summer.
Nothing will come back,
my loss !!!
