The sea is calling me out --
A temptation I cannot live without.
Amidst the vast, raging waters I found
The kind of love that knows no bound.
Like an old friend, it comforts me --
A gentle touch that calms my soul.
Its depth promises serenity,
Designed by the gods to make me whole.
I listen to the whisper of the waves,
As it spoke of my life in a lengthy tome,
The soothing melody and the joy it raves --
I know I've found a home.
