Many years ago, I used to write poetry all the time. A friend of mine asked me to write her one and below is what I wrote. It's not quite the original as I tweaked one line to make it flow better. Hope you enjoy… it's called "Missing You"

I miss the times we spent together
The feelings we have shared,
The love we thought we'd have forever
Has vanish to thin air…

And what was left for us to find
But the memories of the past,
Looking back, our love was blind
I wish our love had last…

But we drifted apart too far to see
That our love was gone and through,
And the love we had keeps reminding me
And I end up missing you...
