Wow, this is my favourite poem of yours I've read so far by quite a ways. The metaphors, imagery, and heartfelt questioning all combine in such a potent way.

It's funny, just a few days ago I wrote a poem on almost the same theme, using these geometrical terms to describe a relationship. Unfortunately I wasn't very happy with the result, and sent it to my graveyard folder, but it's so great to see you do it justice!
