MEETING WORLD

My eyes grew wide,
to marvel such tide.
To witness this time,
Is starting a rhyme,
A rhyme of song
I've been waiting for so long;
Though I'm in such awe,
Knoweth not for its flaw.

Passing through the sidewalks strolling,
Making me see things so trolling.
What I see,
is what it may be;
Costing my life long belief,
For something, something so brief.
Do I need knowledge of this sort,
When I know things will come short.

Many followers,
Becomes wanderers;
Just like the sun sets
When one places his bets.
Neither one can trusts his fellow,
Nor one's heart be mellow;
For none knows the time of disappearance
But as when one knows other's reminiscence.

Meeting the world for ideal concepts,
Is how one may see its percepts.
Seeing the value of life as low,
Just as wandering in place which I do not know.

EXPLANATION

Stanza one:
This stanza means that everyone who is of the world will be in great marvel of whatever it offers; thus, it covers our eyes of it's ugly truth. In return, we as well do not know what this place really is despite us living on it cheerfully.

Stanza two:
Stanza two talks about how man is willing to sacrifice his own ideal truths for pleasures the world offers. Not only that, the man clearly knows that the world gives them falsity and yet many people still remain obstinate to the fact that the entire world is corrupt.

Stanza three:
This part shows that in this terribly corrupt world, no one really can trust each other. Your closest friends one day will also back you down. You don't know when nor don't know why, for you don't know there past, memories, and hardships that they have gone through. In this case, it is briefly telling us that everyone has self-esteem but of different levels. Man ALWAYS gamble on temporal stuff rather that ETERNAL things.

Stanza four:
This stanza firmly and solemnly talks about man's faith and fate. When you have place your faith on something, it will decide your fate in life now and after. We all one day will pass away, but will you then realize that we are just passer-bys of this world in our journey. We have yet to know which destination we tend to choose as we get there.
