SO NEAR YET SO FAR💔

I wanted to share an original poem of mine. I hope you'll spend a minute of your precious time with this one....

"SO NEAR YET SO FAR"
We are just few meters away from each other
But why is it so hard for us to be together?
I wanted to hold your hands and hug you tighter
But I can not do it an easier manner.

Each day, I am longing to see your face
I am longing to hear your laughters
And witness your smiles as it sparkles
As we face together life’s struggles.

But why is it so hard ?
So hard to be with me for a while.
If love prevails there would be no other reasons,
of not being with me, it only takes one decision.

It’s your love and affection that I need
I guess it should not be the things I should beg
From the person whose life means so much to me
And who once showed me how colorful his world because of me.

Our relationship is of no difference
From those who are struggling with distance
I could no longer take the few hours in a week
And I get mad with myself because I couldn’t get it.

I couldn’t get and figure out our situation,
As if you are millions away from my station,
That I could no longer sense your physical presence
I am longing for it, and I am crying in your absence.

If i would be given a chance to make a wish
That would be to make memories for keeps
I miss you day by day that you are not by myside
And I still hold on to our love, in “US” I abide.

If you only know how it hurts badly
Walking down the road sadly
All by myself thinking how it would be lovely
If together , you and I are with each other most of the day.

So near yet so far is our destiny
But please do remember that you are for eternity,
I love you no matter what holds us apart
To GOD ,I am praying that we will have one beat of heart.
