Our Journey (An Original Poem)
We spread out our hopeful wings
Aiming for the fartherst stars
We powered our myriad dreams
Dancing to the sound of the rain
We sang our song of anticipation
Living to the beat of our hearts
Togetherness was a celebration
Our journey has encountered storms
Yet we've firmly anchored each other
This rollercoaster may have just begun
Our love will guide us forever
Love is passionate, mysterious, profound and inexplicable. It is the most beautiful feeling, but also the one that leaves us most hurt. Love's journey is uniquely magnificent - all those special moments, intimate memories and wonderful experiences come together in a manner that makes this gifted journey truly worthwhile and one to look forward to. In love, being together is certainly strength, being apart a weakness. We go through our ups and downs, yet having a companion who is as much invested in our happiness as in our sadness makes life more meaningful. We have one life to live, one heart to give away - be free like a bird, dance like no one is watching and experience a magic like never before.
