Waking up in the morning,

As early as a bird;

Trying to shake up the longing;

To go back into your bed.

Arise and shine,

Like others behind;

Wanting to do things,

As fast as you can;

As what the saying said,

Time is gold,

So don't waste your hold;

Keep up, keep up

Time is running up!

Start your day, 

And stretch your way;

Shake, shake shake,

To keep your body wake;

Because you know, 

Your day is tough,

A rough day ahead,

So keep your mind in shape,

In a very busy street, 

That's full of strangers face;

You have to divulge yourself,

And make the most of it;

Out of the way,

We need a holiday;

Just a little bit of time,

To rest and ease your mind.

Everyone deserves to rest,

And need to take a piece of break;

Go out and play,

And pamper yourself a day.

A couple of drinks,

Which makes you heart to kick;

Take a sip and down to bed;

What a day to give yourself

A restful way to a goodnight sleep.
