UNDER THE INFLUENCE (An Original Poetry ➕ Analysis, Notes & Literary Appreciations)

Like a dancing flower, blown by the air,
The eyes is dazed like the tingling of the stars,
It's like riding broomsticks on the summer's tide,
the kettle is turned, and the liver is spilled,
the speech is in chains,
and the thoughts unfree to roam,
like testicles in cages without homes
The body wants to do a dance,
but the soul disagrees,
it's like a stormy gale paddling your essence,
the eyes is looking to see,
but the conscience is impared,
we want to wander wearily home,
but the glad us colourful at dusk,
the eyes of the grumpy one is colourful
and the beauty of death is inestimable
The flames are too good to burn,
like the toasted scent of a hair auburn,
we're vampires heading for the sun,
burning but enjoying the sweetness of pain,
Crippled but a force overwhelming,
like the full moon's wolf transforms,
the journey to destruction en route,
Embalming our bodies with hyssop,
like the apocalypse is come
We're Under the Influence,
Of the darkness lurking without,
seeds sprouting, shrubs overgrown,
We thread the misty places,
hungry for desolation,
but the tongue is broken,
We're heading for collision,
Submerge into doubt and fear,
under the influence of a power unknown.
POETIC NOTES & ANALYSIS
Some unexplainable actions are sometimes quite questionable when presented to the ordinary mind however in some circumstances actions are being questioned, sometimes people do things that isn't even comprehensible to the ordinary mind under the influence of a powerful thought, a quite resolute urging, sometimes it's a control that's extra terrestrial, in other times in could mental incompetence in other times it could be a slight merry-go-round of the head being pushed up a bit as a result of drunkenness.
The poem explains a group of people who cannot account for their actions, it seems like their bodies, conscience and sovereignty seems to be in the control of something big dark and dangerous which of course is making them do inhuman things, the poet tries to describe this reckless recluse and it seems like in the end this powerful force seems to take these people he's control and oversee them to their death. The poet still finds it mysterious and strange, however believes this dark power is at large.
