Illusion of duality

This is more of an poem made by me (not one that rhymes, i just needed a creative outlet)

Salt and pepper
Black and white
Dark and light
Negative and Positive

Time and space
In and out
as above so below

All seen in duality
Truth is in the middle

Man and woman
Action and Reaction
God is hidden
In the middle…

Nothingness = all
Form and formless
Fluid and solid

Distant and close
All is in the middle

All is one

Our existence is duality
Our goal is to complete ourselves
Stop running
Stop chasing

Sit still
You are very determined…
Duality is to reflect
All is just an reflection
To show the One

All is a mirror
Let go
There is no them
There is no us
There is only the One

Day and night
Aurora and Twilight
All is the same

The state of balance

Balance is the middle
Twilight comes and goes
Aurora comes and goes

Both are teachers
Both are lessons

Sit still
Listen
To the one that speaks with hands
Listen to the void
To go beyond

We are all in the void
We are all void
We are all an illusion

How real are we?

A soul always split in 2
yet we think we are 1

If all here is in duality
So are we

All souls are split

Become the One

This is something to ponder and think about. What happens beyond our trauma's? What happens if we let go of what keeps us here? What happens if we see everything in duality, yet we think that we are 1 being on our own? Maybe everyone has a second version of themselves?
