Destiny defeats affliction.

The unforseen flared into reality, throwing me into the dark.
My soul could not get to embrace a piece of peace, knowing I had been hacked.

Firmly, I once had my feet in stance,
But the wind came upon it, making it dance.

Staring upon the art of darkness, it felt like all was vague.
Then my heart rhythmically affirmed to my mind that it was a plague.

The days came in a flash with little or no hope.
I felt the end draw close, as my hand braced my desired material of death, a rope.

Alas! from an endless distance, I saw a light glow in its splendour, splashing into my eyes.
As I watched the virgin light of the early hours emerge in the skies.

There it was, I could feel it, a change by the beauty of incandescence.
I heard destiny call my name, as life reformed my essence.

It was like a revolution was born from the delay of good.
My purgatory was in shatters, and now to live on I would.

Destiny has brought affliction to it knees
A destiny now to be fulfilled in the abundance of bliss.
