Thank your for sharing this poem. I enjoyed the "heroic couplets" rhyming. They were fun and entertaining, even if the poem started off light hearted and fun, and turned into a criticism. I enjoyed it though; that is to say I felt emotions rising in me that matched the words the speaker raises.

"when challenged the tone of your voice gets a higher pitch," was a great line. Like when talking to someone and they begin to get hysterical because they were being challenged.

I was a little confused. Was this poem about someone who is spouting off nonsense and talking down about a lot of other people, claiming that they knew the facts, but didn't provide any evidence or facts of their own? Or was it more about a figurative "you" where the speaker is talking in generals about themselvs and almost like self-talk trying NOT to be rude and condescending?

One of the things I so enjoy about poetry is how dynamic and varied it can be; good poems are open to clarity, but also multiple simultaneous interpretations.
