Life as we know

Spake the truth this once;
Said joker to the thief,
But he lied.

Give Mother a new life;
Prayed litlle boy to God,
But she died.

What is it that you desire?
What is it that you want?
What water is to the fire.
What others don't you grant.

See the life is not a;
Chocolate in some round box.
It is but you see;
A cunning little fox.
