I hear you! Especially when it comes to the poetry side of things. I don't often write, but have put out a fair amount of poetry here over the last two years and I always cringe afterward and question whether I should edit it and put something random in it's place lol - but, at the end of the day it is an art form like any other and that is a very personal expression with no right or wrong :)
