Leader Of Men - A POEM
The Gods of War pushing he forth
this leader of men ever forward
his just and noble nature absent here
he a warrior now in the battle fold
His throne unset at his long ago
as he cultivates his kingdom
with blood and brutish force
always the head of the beast
leading his army to indefinite conquest
to secure the more of dominion
his soldiers follow sedulously
laying waste to all who oppose
as destructive as fire to a forest.
His crown a symbol of power
his power a symbol of honor
his honor a symbol of hope
his hope to rule the whole of the world.
