far from the urban cacophony
this is the space where I find myself
in the captive water rhythm.
I set my back against a rock
enjoying natures symphony
An audience of one am I
to the captive water rhythm.
Sunlight dancers shimmering
on the liquid stage of the stream
they follow the music gracefully
of the captive water rhythm.
The breeze is blowing delicate
playing the leaves in the trees
a complementary accompaniment
with the captive water rhythm.
This is my very special place
embraced by the tranquil sublime
I become one with natures beauty
and the captive water rhythm.
Nice entry! The fourth stanza's "With the captive water symphony" felt a tiny bit awkward to me but the last stanza's one flowed beautifully!
