Feather on the Breeze
hands were cold
Her face was fair
The flower she held
Blew through the air
The gusts were strong
Her skirt swirled wildly
She was pushed along
As the wind played mildly
As she walked
A cliff loomed ahead
She was calm
But the sky full of dread
Her foot slipped
And as a feather in the breeze
She tumbled down
To the crashing seas
Down and down
A moment before the end
On wings of light
Into the heavens she did ascend
