A Slice of Serenity to Share
Peace among the sound
Where serenity is found
The sun disappearing behind a tree
Allowing the moon to escape free
The pigeons are pecking on the ground
Seagulls in the pond splashing around
Crows rustling in the branches above
Nature bathed in God's love
The beauty permeates within
Getting my head out of a spin
I'm so glad to be sitting quietly here
Watching, listening, smiling ear to ear
The beautiful water reflection
Makes this moment perfection
My only wish is to share it, its true
So I'm here sharing it with you.
