Changing Process (day 20)
We complain and we curse
The place where we were born
But by the time we're gone
We leave it even worse
We blame our ancestors
For not making it better.
We think it's worse then ever,
And so will our successors.
Is it their fault or ours
If we just can't admit
That we could not submit
To a changing process
That we could not transmit
An intense call of progress?
This will not end, unless
We learn how to commit.

Wow!
Poetry speaks truth and brings to our realization fact that man denies.
^_^
It does
Well done! So easy to blame the generations before or after, so hard to change OURSELVES.
Exactly
Hard but not impossible ;)

^_^ thank you
Such a great poem that really expresses a point that is so true ... how we look at our own legacy compared to others' legacies
Yea that's one way to see it
