The Hive Mind
Restless, all these thoughts that bind
No space for time
The concept, city buzzing with life
The hive mind
A chained anchor only falls so far
In need of a fresh start
Trees never ending
A weightless heart
Rushing, honking and beeping
These lights so bright we can't see stars
Helium balloons with detached strings
Give a sense of no gravity
Nebulas, star clusters and galaxies
If they had eyes they could grasp the beauty
The pure silent essence of existence
Allow the feeling of infinite possibility
Can they make it past the exosphere?
Perhaps with persistence
