Worry is another trouble
You worry about a trouble, not knowing that the worry is a second trouble and a treat to getting the right solution to the issue on ground, you got so many things to worry about, but cool down and take things easy,
In life, everyone At points in time have one or two challenges they have to go through to move to other stages in their lives, somebody said the best time in ourlives are "those times when i was a kid, no worries about tomorrow, dad and mom does everything to make sure we are good, not like now where we have to do all the thinking all by ourselves, what to wear, what to eat, who to love, how to earn a living, how to cater for the nuclear and the extended family, how not to step on others" but someone also said , " no wise man ever wish to be younger " lol, i have heard so many sayings quoted from the speaches of great people but sometimes you find out another saying which is exactly the opposite of the ones you heard earlier, if you have to worry, there are so many things you could worry about , changing the world, changing the government, the crazy ideologies of the people, finding a solution to the level of divorce and breakups in relationships, the total eradication of poverty among the people in the world, eradicating fake love and fake friendships, but worrying is not a good approach to solving a problem, the time of worry is not the best time to act, worry is another trouble, everything is going to be alright, sooner or later, all will be well, although worry cant be eradicated completely in the state of the mind , but it can be reduced , worry less so as to be able think straight and focus on the next line of action. worry kills the soul, and complicates the easy flow of reasoning in the brain.
Dont worry, be happy.
Yes, worry adds nothing but more pain and stress on the body.
Thanks for checking my post @floxycool.
okay - it's Sunday now, so hopefully you will excuse the Biblical reference, but when I see worry, this is what comes to me.
Matthew 6:25-34 New King James Version (NKJV)
Do Not Worry
25 “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? 26 Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? 27 Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?
28 “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; 29 and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
31 “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

Thanks for sharing those beautiful verses....@viking-ventures.
You are so very welcome. I am glad you appreciated it. To me, these are the "don't worry, be happy" verses.
99% of imagined worries are overly exaggerated.
Worrying is a self-inflicted wound - totally counter-productive because you attract what you fear.
Namaste, JaiChai
Yeah you are right.
This is beautiful and very well done. I worry about everything which only adds that much more stress. To worry we do nothing but add more emotions that we don't need.
Dont worry , be happy.....lol
Don't worry, be happy...
(Try to convince my self)
Thank you @anomt
