SUMMER DELIGHT

The beautiful spring has bid goodbye
till the coming year approaching fast
inviting the summer in its splendour !
She coyly entered giving
slight warmth in everyone's heart
but soon started her fiery ways,
celsius going high and high making
everyone uneasy and sweaty opting for showers after showers to keep them cool !
Nature pampers the poor giving them the cool shades of majestic trees and swims in the nearby drying ponds and enjoying
the orange and mango lollies
while the rich opt for swimming pools and holiday resorts with comforts aplenty
with cold drinks and beautiful flavoured fancy icecreams !
Altogether God makes life beautiful
for all and sundry, as He knows His ways how to keep man happy as He sends
rains when man is feeling ill with the sultry and humid days!
