Filipino Poetry#3: Pangako
Mga salita na kay sarap pakinggan
mga pangako na akala mo'y katotohanan
kaya iyong pinagkatiwalaan.
hindi kita iiwan,
hindi kita pababayaan,
mamahalin ka ng walang hanggan.
ikaw ang dahilan bat ako masaya,
ikaw din ang dahilan kaya ako nasasaktan
pangakong di ako sasaktan pero nauwi sa luhaan.
ang sarap dahil ika'y nangako,
ang sakit dahil ito'y napapako
kaya nadudurog ang puso.
