Starseed Supernova
Slow eonic decay of diminishing brilliance
Mundane decline of dwindling significance
Tis the last throws of star matter
Cuddled securely between strange planets
Nestled far away at galaxy's edge
Destined for more; Soon to be supernova
As the chapter turns from lackluster
Brought on by eruption of violent turbulence
It reverberates across light years
In a crescendo no less than blockbuster
As star matter sees its final days
It's dust spread across the universe
It's life force sowed in fertile ground
As a gardener saves seed for future bounty
And as the millennia pass
Adoptive hosts unknowingly bear haven
For the doomed starseed left long ago
Seeking refuge from demise
Today on Earth
Our diversity more profound than can be known
For each of us possess star matter inside
From infinite reaches sown
